No, for our moving transport service, the customer is responsible for all packing, loading, and unloading of their personal items. Our service provides the truck, trailer, and experienced driver. This model allows us to offer significantly more affordable rates.
No, for the safety of our crew and to maintain efficiency, Easy Load & Go operates strictly from accessible outdoor locations. For moving, your items must be loaded by you onto our trailer outside. For junk removal, all items must be
placed in a driveway, curbside, garage entrance, or other easily accessible outdoor area.
We take a wide range of non-hazardous items, including old furniture (sofas, beds, dressers), appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers – must be disconnected), yard waste (branches, brush), general household clutter, and most construction debris (wood, drywall). We cannot accept hazardous waste such as paints, solvents, chemicals, motor oils, asbestos, medical waste, car batteries, propane tanks, large tires, or any items deemed unsafe for our team to handle or illegal to dispose of in regular landfills
Our team visually assesses the volume of your junk pile upon arrival. We use common benchmarks:
■ Small: Roughly equivalent to a large armchair or a few trash bags.
■ Medium: Similar to a standard sofa or a medium-sized appliance.
■ Large: Comparable to a full pickup truck bed or a significant garage cleanout pile. The final price will be confirmed with you before any work
begins.
Our hourly rate for moving transport begins when our truck and trailer arrive at your first pickup location and ends when all items are unloaded at your final destination. Time includes travel between locations if applicable for multi-stop moves.
Yes, we primarily serve the greater Houston, TX area and surrounding communities. Please provide your exact addresses in the quote form, and we’ll let you know if any extended travel fees apply for distant locations.
Yes, Easy Load & Go is fully insured for transport services. Please refer to our Policies & Procedures for details on liability for damaged items
